This lecture describes specific technical aspects in multisegmental resection and reconstruction for spinal tumours are discussed. Surgically challenging procedure – Tumorboard / Spine (Tumor) Centre allows attainment of marginal / wide resection margins. In combination with multimodal adjuvant therapies effectively reduces local recurrences. Problem of systemic control in patients with solitary metastases.
